Arrow - Titanium Steering Dampers Honda CBR600RR

Arrow R&D in collaboration with a technical organization working side by side with World Superbike and GP teams, have realized a new range of steering dampers as the result of an intense development and testing period on the race tracks all over the world.

The new steering dampers by Arrow Special Parts provide a damping action by using hydraulic braking managed by oil flowing through calibrated holes. The steering dampers are manufactured from titanium and aluminium alloy with a chromed steel damper rod, the braking action can be adjusted using progressive settings. The Competition Titanium Damper model is made by two coaxial cylinders, the outer cylinder is in titanium, while the inner cylinder is in aluminium and it is equipped with knurled ring allowing 10 different settings,

Where necessary Arrow steering dampers are supplied with mounting brackets C.N.C. machined from solid billet aluminium. All damping kits have measurements and mounting details specifically designed for each bike.

Sigma Slipper Clutch For Honda CBR1000RR

Five ramp, wet type. Hard anodised in grey; Clutch centre only. Uses standard clutch plates and springs.

Available for 04/05 models and 06 on.

Sigma slipper clutches are intended to help motorcycles enter corners, especially on the racetrack, by automatically slipping the clutch whenever engine braking exceeds a certain point. Benefits include

· Elimination of wheel hop entering slow corners.

· Improved grip entering fast corner’s as the rear tyre is no longer has to turn over the engine

· Some protection against excessive over revving if the rider accidentally changes down too many gears going into a corner.

Sigma’s clutches have proven to be light (about 950 grams depending on model) dependable and efficient; in 2006 virtually every 2006 model R6 in British Supersport used our clutches with the rider citing smoother performance on corner entry and exit, crisper shifting action and increased ‘zip’ from the motor as benefits over the OEM item.

All Sigma clutches are approximately one third (that’s 500 grams!!) lighter than the OEM slipper clutches; a significant reduction in inertia in classes where the crankshafts cannot be lightened under the rules. Indeed they are a significant weight saving in any event with the new FIM approved weight limits. If you want to go even further we can also supply Titanium replacement metal plates .

Arrow Titanium Pro Exhaust System for Honda CBR600RR

We are pleased to offer this excellent Arrow performance exhaust system suitable for all Honda CBR600RR models between '01 & '06.

These are recommended to get the most from the engine and are one of the best performing pipes you can buy for this bike.
